Part 1: Enable Developer Mode on Roku
- On your Roku remote, press the following buttons in sequence:

- Select Enable installer and restart (or Disable installer and restart if it’s already enabled).
- Read the Developer Tools License Agreement, then click I Agree.
- Set a web server password (you’ll need it later) and then select Set password and reboot.
Part 2: Add IPTV Smarters Channel to Roku
On your PC or Mac, visit my.roku.com and log into your Roku account.
Under Manage Account, click Add channel with a code.
Enter the code:
iptvsmarters
(Make sure you type it exactly as shown.)Click Add Channel.
A warning will pop up—click OK, then confirm by selecting Yes, add channel.
Part 3: Download the IPTV Smarters Package
On your computer, go to the following link:

(Note: This file is hosted by WHMCS Smarters, not this website.)Save the ZIP file in an easily accessible location—such as your Desktop.
Part 4: Install IPTV Smarters on Roku
Open your browser and type in the IP address you noted earlier.
A login screen will appear.
Username:
rokudev
Password: Enter the web server password you created earlier.
Click Upload and browse to the IPTV Smarters ZIP file you downloaded.
Select the file and click Open.
Once uploaded, click Install.
If successful, you’ll see a confirmation screen.
Go back to your Roku device—you should now see IPTV Smarters on your home screen.Launch the app, log in using your IPTV credentials xtreme code we sent you in email, and start streaming!
How to Set Up IPTV on Roku TV (Using Screen Mirroring):
Step 1: Set Up Screen Mirroring on Roku
Go to Settings on your Roku device.
Select System > Screen Mirroring.
Choose Screen Mirroring Mode and set it to Prompt or Always Allow.
Step 2: Enable Screen Mirroring on Your Mobile or PC
On Android: Go to settings → Display → Cast / Smart View → Select Roku device.
On Windows PC: Press Windows + K → Select your Roku device.
Ensure both devices (Roku and your phone or PC) are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
Step 3: Use IPTV App on Your Mobile or PC
Download any IPTV app like IBO Player, IPTV Smarters, or XCIPTV on your Android phone or Windows PC.
Log in using your M3U URL or Xtream Codes provided after purchase.
Start watching, and mirror the screen to your Roku TV.

💡 Alternative Method: Using Web Video Caster (iOS/Android)
You can also enjoy IPTVNORDICPRO using an Android or iOS device by installing the Web Video Cast app. This application is available in the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Follow these steps to set it up:
- Install Web Video Cast from the Play Store or Apple Store and open the app.
- Tap the three lines in the top left corner to open the side menu.
- Select ‘IPTV’ from the list.
- Tap the ‘+’ icon to open a field under the text ‘IPTV Address’.
- Paste your M3U URL into this field. You will receive this link after subscribing to IPTVNORDICPRO.
- Name your IPTV list. You can name it IPTVNORDICPRO, but any name will work.
- Close the side menu and tap the Cast icon (top right corner of the app, resembling a TV screen with signal waves).
- Select your device type. Scroll down and choose Roku, then tap ‘Done’. Ensure both your smartphone and Roku are connected to the same Wi-Fi network, or this step won’t work.
- Go to the IPTV menu in Web Video Cast and find the account you named in Step 6. Click on it.
- Wait a few moments for the app to load the playlist.
- Select your Roku device on the next screen and finally tap ‘Play’ to start streaming.
